Returns Exchanges and Store Credit

ALL products can be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY when returned within 10 days of Date of Delivery. An exchange requests is processed as a return and you can reorder the product or a different product online. Please notify us of your wish to return an item for Store Credit via message. You will be assigned a Return Authorization # which is your ORDER NUMBER + RA. Write it on the returning package. The amount originally billed for your product (not including shipping) or HST) will be applied to a STORE CREDIT. Once the returning item is received you will receive an email with the Store Credit amount and code to use to order a new item. Store Credits for returns are redeemable WITHIN 30 DAYS ONLY.

Before you complete the return process, have you considered selling or gifting your product to a friend? That could be the easiest and most ideal way to deal with a size that was not quite right, etc.

DELIVERYY AND TIMING

We have been in operation as a small business in Ontario, Canada since 2008. We design and manufacture ALL of the products offered on our website. We strive to complete your order within 2 - 5 days. Our inventory is digitally managed but things happen! For instance tradeshow sales and personal sales are sometimes not reflected immediately. If an item is out of stock we will advise via email. You may opt to cancel your order or wait for the time anticipated and noted in your email. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking # when your item is shipped which means the DAY THAT IT IS PICKED UP BY DELIVERY SERVICES. We are NOT responsible for any delays incurred by the shipper. It will take 3 - 12 days for your package to deliver depending on your location. We ship all over North America. Most locations quote delivery as within 3 - 7 days. Consider that delivery times may be longer during holidays or slowdowns like Covid related disasters.

All products must be in an unworn, unwashed state and have the original labels attached. Package up your return product, choose your preferred carrier and ship it to us AT YOUR COST to the address listed below.  Alternatively you can check with the carrier online and they can process the return shipping for you. We usually use chitchats.com Use your tracking # as shown on your labelled package.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN-PERSON RETURNS AT THIS TIME.
